Scotland tests unique green project
Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 12:00PM A unique project is underway in Scotland, an attempt to build the world's first underwater sea turbines.
If successful the turbines would be an emerging technology that could help reverse global warming.
But the project is expensive and has raised concerns about possible damage to the fishing industry and marine wildlife.
From Islay in Scotland, Al Jazeera's Tim Friend reports.
